Do you have a physical shop?
Yes! We're part of The Raleigh Market at the North Carolina State Fairgrounds (1025 Blue Ridge Road in Raleigh). Our shop is open Saturdays and Sundays from 9-5 in Education Building 1.
How do you ship?
We almost always ship USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage. We may occasionally ship UPS or FedEx depending on shipping cost and speed of delivery.
How much will it cost?
We love free shipping, and we know you do too! But we also know (and we know you know) that "free" shipping is built into the price of the product—it isn't really free. We want to keep your shipping cost as low as possible, and we don't want you to pay more for shipping than it costs us. Our cart is set up so that USPS calculates Priority Mail or Ground Advantage shipping for your order based on weight, but almost always your order ends up being less (often much less) than USPS calculates. We will refund any difference over $1. For differences under $1, we'll add little extras to your package.

How can I pay?
You can choose to use Paypal to process payment using a credit card or your Paypal balance, or you can use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card on our checkout page. Either way, your payment is processed securely, and we never even see your credit card number.
Do you have a catalog?
We do not have a catalog at this time.
What if I want to purchase a product that I saw at your Raleigh shop or at a festival, but it's not listed on your website?
No problem! Just email us your request, and we'll email you with the purchase total. If it meets your approval, we'll send you a special order link.
I've read your Privacy Statement, and I don't want to opt in. How should I contact you to place an order?
